- Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
- If an item you ordered was mislabeled, please let us know at help@thewiserstore.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send you a new item or issue a refund.
